How many days does it take to get my business website ready?
Your website will up and run within 3 business days after all the contents are submitted to us and payment is cleared. Business days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
What is the allocated resources (disk space, memory) for my website?
Total storage space allocated is 500 MB which will be used for web pages, document files, images, emails and database. [If average web page will take storage space around 100K, 500 MB can be stored around 5,000 web pages.]
Monthly data transfer is 10,000 MB which visitors can view 100,000 web pages every month. [Whenever visitor view your website the data need to be transferred from the server to the visitor computer and it will be used from the monthly data transfer. Sending or receiving emails will also be used the data transfer.]
What will happen when I use up allocated resources?
You can upgrade for premium hosting services. Your website will NOT be cut of immediately. And not to worry about this because over 95% of our customers never reach the allocated resources limit. The storage is mostly used for web pages and temporary storage for emails; after you downloaded the emails to your computer, the server resources will be available again.
Where are your servers located? How about security & backup?
The servers are located in Equinix Data Centers. All servers are protected by firewall and other security systems. The servers are taking care by experienced server engineers 24/7. All servers are backed up daily to another backup servers.
What will happen if you are not around tomorrow?
We provide you with full access to manage email accounts, ftp (for download and upload files), and manage databases. You can save the whole website (all the files) and database to your computer or burn into CD. You can get your website up & run at another web hosting provider using your backup files and database.
Will you design for me or I have to choose from your design gallery?
You will have to choose one of the design from our design gallery. We also provide custom design for customers, kindly contact us and let us know your requirements.
Will my web page be exactly as in the design in the gallery?
The web page layout and images in the design gallery is for presentation purpose. Your web pay layout may differently from what you see in the design gallery. Our web page designer will create the web pages layout suitable for your business. The overall design will be the same for all pages so that your website visitors can feel the consistency of your website.
Can I use my company logo? Can you change the color for me?
We can amend or enhance the design according to your requirements with minimum service fee. The exact amount depends on your requests. If you want to know exact amount for modifications, kindly contact us and let us know the details of your requirements.
What if I have many web pages to create?
We will create up to 5 A4 size content of web pages. You can add more pages using easy to use CMS by your own at NO cost. If you want us to create for you, one additional A4 size content page will be SGD 20 [~USD 13].
